• 3+ years experience with Flash and AS
• Expert level experience with Adobe Create Suite
• Flash video creation
• Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML & CSS
• Strong Flash animation skills including code-based animation
• Experience integrating XML, JavaScript, and PHP with Flash
• AJAX and Ruby exposure a plus
• Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, and sound editing a plus
