Cleveland Ohio is about to be inundated with custom plush's in the form of Shawnimals Plushform, as the Midwest Plushform Show gets set to kick off for November 2008 with it's first Annual show.

If you are not familiar with Plushform's then you are in for a treat. A Plushform is a blank DIY Plush doll from the highly creative Shawn Smith (Aka Shawnimals). These cute canvas like blanks are suitable for brush painting, spray painting, markers, pencils, pens, additions via sewing, appliqué and other additive methods, and much more.

Midwest Plushform Show opens at Shoparooni on Friday, November 7th from 8 pm to 11 pm, and at Carol & John's on Saturday, November 8th from 8 pm to 11 pm. Both shows will close on Saturday, November 29th, from 8 pm to 11 pm.

In an awesome display of charity, this show functions as a fundraiser for noted charity "Toys For Tots", with 50% of all proceeds from the show being used to purchase toys to donate to Toys For Tots. Coming up to christmas, and given the current state of global economies, this will mean the world to so many kids.

Artists featured are Rancid, Phoebe Marie, Wild Zero Studios, Kristen Ferrell and Angie Mason as well as Shawnimal Smith himself.
