I would normally just "bump" an interview on Digg when I find a nice one, but this one I really liked. Across at DesignFeedr the guys chatted with a talented artist called Scott Jackson. The UK born Illustrators' style is bound to see him destined for fame, and attract interest from toy/print companys.

Scotty's first brush with "almost fame" is a really interesting read, and gives artists a good"heads up" to make sure you get contracts setup right.
Scotty's style could be described as "cutesy", with a hint of Japanese mixed in. Very clean lines, and vibrant colors make his illustrations really stand out. It seems the move from 2d to 3d is imminent for him, and likely to be in the form of t-shirts, vinyl toys and the like.

Make sure you head over to DesignFeedr and check out this interview, it's a great read, and a great website. There's a bunch of great pics of his work and more, or check out Scotty's website.
The next big thing?
